Dr. Kang Bing, male, born in May 1987, is a member of the Communist Party of China, holds a Doctor of Engineering degree, is an associate professor and a master's supervisor. He is also a leading young talent in Jiangxi Province's universities. He is a Member of the Party Committee and Vice Dean of the School of Electrical Engineering at Nanchang Institute of Technology, Director of the Institute of New Measurement and Intelligent Perception for Power Grids, and Leader of the Doctoral Research Team on Power System and Its Automation.
During 2010 -2016, Dr. Kang Bing went through integrated master's and doctoral program at the School of Electrical Engineering, Wuhan University; During 2017 -2018, he worked at the State Grid Hubei Electric Power Research Institute as a Technical Specialist. Since 2018, he teached at the School of Electrical Engineering, Nanchang Institute of Technology. And from 2020 to 2022, he was a postdoctoral fellow jointly trained by Huazhong University of Science and Technology and State Grid Jiangxi Electric Power Co., LTD.
Dr. Kang Bing led over 10 projects including Jiangxi Province's "Challenge and Response" program, the Provincial Key Research and Development Program, and Fuzhou City's "Challenge and Response" program, with a total project funding of over 20 million yuan. He has more than 30 core and above papers been published, and nearly 40 national patents been authorized. He has guided nearly 10 master's degree students to graduation. Under his guidance, students have won one bronze award in the national "Challenge Cup" competition, one gold award in the provincial competition, two silver awards in the provincial "Internet Plus" competition, and one second prize and one third prize in the Science and Technology Progress award of Jiangxi Province and Tianjin Electric Power Company respectively.
Dr. Kang Bing serves as a member of the Comprehensive Smart Energy Measurement and Evaluation Sub-Technical Committee of the IEEE China Power System Measurement and Instrumentation Technical Committee, and a member of the New Energy Professional Committee of Jiangxi Electrical Engineering Society. He was awarded the title of "Outstanding Power Worker of Jiangxi Province in 2021", and is a reviewer for multiple core academic journals including "Smart Power".

Brief Introduction: Fang Hu received her Ph.D. in 2015 from the School of Computers, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Dr. Hu worked at the University of West Florida as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics during 2018-2019. Dr. Hu is currently a Full Professor at the College of Information Engineering, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. She is an IEEE Senior Member, a China Computer Federation (CCF) Senior Member, the Website Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Big Data STC, the Executive Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) on Pervasive Computing, the Communication Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics' Youth Professional Technical Committee of the Internet of Things, etc. She is a Guest Editor or Reviewer for over 80 SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Systems Journal, etc. She is a Technical Program Committee and Program Committee for over 10 international conferences, such as EIIE, ISHCI, ICMIC, ISAIR, ICBSB, ICPMS, etc. She served as a keynote speaker at ICPHMS 2021, EEIE 2022, ICITBT 2022, MCCE 2023, EEIE 2023, ICMIC 2023, EEIT 2023, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 40 prestigious conference and journal articles, including over 20 SCI-indexed and over 10 EI-indexed papers.Abstract: To be updated
