Prof. Mingcong Deng, Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan (Fellow of The Engineering Academy of Japan, IEEE Fellow, AAIA Fellow).
Prof. Mingcong Deng received his PhD in Systems Science from Kumamoto University, Japan, in 1997. From 1997.04 to 2010.09, he was with Kumamoto University; University of Exeter, UK; NTT Communication Science Laboratories; Okayama University. From 2010.10, he has been with Tokyo University of Agriculture and Technology, Japan, as a professor. Prof. Deng has over 550 publications including 195 journal papers, in peer reviewed journals including IEEE Transactions, IEEE Press and other top tier outlets. Prof. Deng is a chair of agricultural robotics and automation technical committee, IEEE RA Society; Chair of the environmental sensing, networking, and decision making technical committee, IEEE SMC Society; Member of IEEE SMC SSE committee; Representative of IEEE Systems Council AdCom. He was the recipient of 2014 & 2019 Meritorious Services Award of IEEE SMC Society, 2020 IEEE RAS Most Active Technical Committee Award. He is a fellow of AAIA, a fellow of IEEE, and a fellow of The Engineering Academy of Japan.

Prof. Haibin Zhu, Collaborative Systems Laboratory (CoSys Lab), Nipissing University, Canada (Fellow I2CICC; Senior Member, ACM and IEEE)
Dr. Haibin Zhu is a Full Professor and the Coordinator of the Computer Science Program, the Founding Director of the Collaborative Systems Laboratory, a member of the University Budget Plan committee, Arts and Science Executive Committee, Nipissing University, Canada. He is also an affiliate professor of Concordia Univ. and an adjunct professor of Laurentian Univ., Canada. He has accomplished (published or in press) over 230+ research works including 40+ IEEE Transactions articles, six books, five book chapters, four journal issues, and four conference proceedings. He is a fellow of I2CICC (International Institute of Cognitive Informatics and Cognitive Computing), a senior member of ACM and IEEE, a full member of Sigma Xi, and a life member of CAST-USA (Chinese Association of Science and Technology, USA).
He is serving as Vice President, Systems Science and Engineering (SSE) (2023-), a member-at-large of the Board of Governors (2022-), and a co-chair (2014-) of the technical committee of Distributed Intelligent Systems of IEEE Systems, Man and Cybernetics (SMC) Society (SMCS), Editor-in-Chief of IEEE SMC Magazine (2022), Associate Editor (AE) of IEEE Transactions on SMC: Systems (2019-), IEEE Transactions on Computational Social Systems(2019-), Frontiers of Computer Science (2021-), and IEEE Canada Review (2019-). He was AE of IEEE SMC Magazine (2018-2021), Associate Vice President (AVP), SSE (2021), IEEE SMCS, a Program (Co-)Chair for many international conferences, and a PC member for 130+ academic conferences.
He is the founding researcher of Role-Based Collaboration and the creator of the E-CARGO model. Prof. Qingsheng Zeng, Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), Canada (IEEE Senior Member)
Qingsheng Zeng received his Ph.D. from University of Ottawa, Canada, and is currently a professor and PhD advisor of Université du Québec an Outaouais (UQO), an adjunct professor and PhD advisor of University of Ottawa, Carleton University, and Institut National de la Recherche Scientifique -- Centre Energie, Matériaux et Télécommunications (INRS-EMT). He has been a research engineer and a senior research engineer at Communications Research Centre Canada (CRC), Government of Canada. Dr. Zeng has undertaken research and teaching in several fields, including analysis and design of aircraft antennas, electromagnetic compatibility and interference (EMC/EMI), ultrawideband technology, radio wave propagation, computational electromagnetics. He has been the Chair of AP (Antennas and Propagation) / MTT (Microwave Theory and Techniques) Joint Chapter and Secretary of EMC (Electromagnetic Compatibility) Chapter of IEEE Ottawa, a Member of IEEE Canada Industry Relations Committee, and a senior member of IEEE. Dr. Zeng has been a member of the Strategic Projects Grant (SPG) Selection Panel (Information and Communications Technologies B) for the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada (NSERC), a member of Site Visit Committee of NSERC Industrial Research Chair (IRC), and a reviewer of NSERC Industrial R&D Fellowships.
He has published more than 200 SCI and EI indexed papers and technical reports, authored one book and co-authored two book chapters. His work on the project “Aggregate Interference Analysis and Suitability of Some Propagation Models to Ultra-wideband Emissions in Outdoor Environments” has formed one part of Consultation Paper on the Introduction of Wireless Systems Using Ultra Wideband Technology, Spectrum Management and Telecommunications Policy, Industry Canada, and has been taken as a significant contribution to International Telecommunication Union (ITU). Dr. Zeng has been serving as an editorial board member and a reviewer for a number of technical books and scientific journals, as a conference co-chair, a session chair and organizer, a technical program committee co-chair and member and a reviewer, a short course/workshop/tutorial presenter and a keynote speaker for many international and national symposia. He has won several technical and technical service awards, was ranked as one of the researchers at Communications Research Centre Canada with the strongest impacts in 2011, selected as a distinguished expert under the Plan of Hundreds of Talents of Shanxi Province in China during 2015, an oversea prestigious advisor in Guangdong Province twice in 2017 and in 2019, a Huashan Mountain Scholar Chair Professor of Xidian University in 2020, and a distinguished expert for HOME Program of China Association for Science and Technology in January 2023, and was elected as a member of the Council of the Academicians and Experts Association of Jilin Province in December 2023.

Assoc. Prof. Philip Pong, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, USA (IET Fellow, IOP Fellow, EI Fellow, IMMM Fellow, HKIE Fellow, NS Fellow, IEEE Senior Member)
Philip W. T. Pong received a B.Eng. from the University of Hong Kong (HKU) in 2002 with 1st class honours. Then he obtained a PhD in engineering at the University of Cambridge in 2005. He was a postdoctoral researcher at the Magnetic Materials Group at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) for three years. Currently he is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT). His research interest focuses on the fault detection, predictive maintenance, and anomaly detection of power grid. He is the Founding Director of the Green Technology Research and Training Laboratory, leading the research and education activities of offshore wind energy at NJIT. Philip Pong is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (FIET), a Fellow of the Institute of Physics (FInstP), a Fellow of the Energy Institute (FEI), a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (FIMMM), a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (FHKIE), a Fellow of the NANOSMAT Society (FNS), a chartered physicist (CPhys), a chartered engineer (CEng), a chartered energy engineer, a registered professional engineer (R.P.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Energy), and a Senior Member of IEEE (SMIEEE). Brief Introduction: Fang Hu received her Ph.D. in 2015 from the School of Computers, Central China Normal University, Wuhan, China. Dr. Hu worked at the University of West Florida as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics during 2018-2019. Dr. Hu is currently a Full Professor at the College of Information Engineering, Hubei University of Chinese Medicine. She is an IEEE Senior Member, a China Computer Federation (CCF) Senior Member, the Website Chair of the IEEE Computer Society Big Data STC, the Executive Committee of the China Computer Federation (CCF) on Pervasive Computing, the Communication Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics' Youth Professional Technical Committee of the Internet of Things, etc. She is a Guest Editor or Reviewer for over 80 SCI journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Network Science and Engineering, IEEE Systems Journal, etc. She is a Technical Program Committee and Program Committee for over 10 international conferences, such as EIIE, ISHCI, ICMIC, ISAIR, ICBSB, ICPMS, etc. She served as a keynote speaker at ICPHMS 2021, EEIE 2022, ICITBT 2022, MCCE 2023, EEIE 2023, ICMIC 2023, EEIT 2023, etc. As the first or corresponding author, she has published over 40 prestigious conference and journal articles, including over 20 SCI-indexed and over 10 EI-indexed papers.

Assoc. Prof. Yang Zhang, Department of Electrical Engineering, Nanchang Institute of Technology, Dedicated Deputy Director of Jiangxi Engineering Research Center of High Power Electronics and Grid Smart Metering (PEGM), China
Zhang Yang was born in Henan, China in 1985. He obtained a bachelor's degree in Information and Computational Science from Central South University in Changsha, China in 2007, and a doctoral degree in Power Electronics and Power Transmission from Wuhan University in Wuhan, China in 2013.
He is currently an associate professor at the School of Electrical Engineering, Nanchang Institute of Technology. He worked at Xuji Group Co., Ltd. from 2012 to 2015. From 2017 to 2020, studied at the joint postdoctoral workstation of Jiangxi Electric Power Company and Huazhong University of Science and Technology. In 2020, he was introduced by TBEA Xi'an Flexible Transmission and Distribution Co., Ltd. as a flexible and direct technology expert. His research interests include modular cascaded multi-level power electronic equipment with high voltage and high power, as well as modeling and control technology for microgrid systems.
